A great message.
Considering South Africa’s history of apartheid, certainly it is not surprising that there are still lots of issues over there regarding Blacks and Whites getting along, we should not be surprised at the reaction to the above poster. As you can see from this article, there was much controversy over the well-intended poster and message.
Goes to show that ignorance doesn’t limit itself to one country. Kudos though to the group over there that was forward thinking enough to put this message out there. I agree with them, that one day, people won’t blink twice at a couple like this. Not even in South Africa.
