Dr. Laura is not so bright.
I saw this just now in the Huffington Post and just had to repost it. The article relates how a caller, a Black woman who had called in because she felt her White husband was not being sensitive enough to certain instances of racism including the use of the “N Word” by White neighbors, was further shocked when Dr. Laura herself started using the ‘N Word.” Dr. Laura went on to say this enlightened bit of advice:
If you’re that hypersensitive about color and don’t have a sense of humor, don’t marry outside of your race
And what “race” is that, Dr. Laura? Since this supposed educated woman should know racial classifications are psuedo-scientific inventions. What an idiot? And I really do hate to call people that. But boy it fits here.
